Our Story
Antelis Investments was founded by Jonathan, a North Carolina-based entrepreneur with a passion for building businesses that create real, lasting value. What started as a drive to invest wisely grew into something bigger — a company built around the belief that real estate and business can be powerful tools for serving others.
Jonathan leads the company's strategy across residential, multi-family, commercial, land, and business acquisition opportunities throughout the Southeast. He brings a hands-on, relationship-first approach to every deal — prioritizing integrity, creative structuring, and long-term partnerships over quick wins.
Outside the office, Jonathan is a devoted husband of four years and a proud father of two daughters. He's an avid golfer and pickleball player, and genuinely loves connecting with business owners and real estate investors. That spirit of connection isn't just personal — it's baked into how Antelis operates.
